A former defensive coordinator and state champion, Coach Henghold brings over 25 years of experience to our team. In his role as Director of Mental Performance, Coach Henghold helps our student athletes enhance their mental resilience, focus, and overall well-being, providing strategies and support to improve their performance both on and off the field.

Director of Community & Corporate Partnerships

Marlon works to build and strengthen relationships with alumni, local businesses, churches, schools, and other organizations in the community.

Teresa manages expenses, assists the GM and NCTD Club in preparing budgets, and ensures fiscal responsibility across all program activities.

Director of Concessions

Holly manages all concession operations (K-12) including stocking, tracking sales, and leading support staff.
